Kavya ready for a come back after Gopika??? [Friday, July 24, 2009]

Following the likes of Gopika, who is on a comeback trail after leaving the movie field with her marriage, another popular actress is also likely to be back in business in a shortwhile. What we are talking on is about Kavya who is in the eye of the storm with back to back reports leaking about the trauma that she is facing after her marriage with a Kuwait based techie, five months ago.

According to insiders information, Kavya is being approached for many new filmi projects including the latest Mammootty starrer to be directed by hitmaker Shafi. Given the possibilities of her leaving her kuwait husband and now, returning to stay with her parents at Kochy, chances are that the actress will give a favorable nod to new producers, to resume her acting career.

Kavya’s parents had confirmed some kind of troubles in her married life following strict controls imposed on her life by her husband and his family. But they also add that efforts are on to avoid a breakup. More over the parents of the actress are also agitated for a section of media portraying her as weak enough to attempt a suicide. Dismissing all such reports as manipulated, they also add that Kavya has returned to Kerala as she was not able to bear the persecutions there. ''She has not approached the court seeking divorce. There is still time for that, and it has certain procedures'' says Kavya's father who is now left alone at her house at Kochy to answer to calls from her thousand of fans and to media queries.

Kavya, a youth festival winner of the late nineties had been in the films, from the age of five. For the last seven years, she was undoubtedly the numero uno heroine in Mollywood, with a safe ''girl next door image'' and maximum number of fans.

Besides, it would offer a slew of community services that include a blood bank where anyone wanting blood can log on to the site. Through this, one can find the person in his or her locality who would be willing to provide blood. This blood bank will be operated with the help of my fans' association," Mammootty said.

The new portal has an elaborate interactive forum for his fans apart from details about the star and his upcoming projects. But won't this give people a platform to write negative views as well?

"See, freedom of expression need not be curbed... and let anyone write what they want. I am sure only when the freedom of expression is there, I can do introspection. So let people write and express themselves," said Mammootty, who recently turned producer and distributer by launching his production company Play House.
